Why Wyoming matters on this site
Wyoming matters because Route 20 now keeps going after Harrison instead of stopping at the Nebraska line. The route begins to read as a true High Plains-to-central Wyoming drive once the Nebraska bridge hands off to real Wyoming places travelers can plan around.
This Wyoming build is intentionally bounded to the part of the state that is already practical to plan on the site. It now runs from the Nebraska handoff to the Yellowstone East Entrance, while still stopping short of Yellowstone interior coverage and any farther-west continuation beyond the park boundary.
